Tom is a well known speaker and runs a widely respected blog that can be found at seablick/blog/tkraak . I have come to a better understanding recently about how crucial IT is to many businesses and the extent to which this is a source of consternation for business owners and leaders! It feels like a sort of a love hate relationship for many people, especially in organizations that are experiencing significant change. One of my goals in business and in this blog is to try make it a little easier for business leaders to understand IT so they can make better business decisions.
